What's it about?

• Sustainable, transit-oriented development (TOD)
  
• Based on private funding
• Using a for-profit model
• Dedicated to the proposition that the good life can be "green", sustainable, and profitable.

How will this work?

• Through cooperation between private, governmental, and non-profit groups
  
• Leveraging existing resources and local talent
• By waking people up to the fact that "green development" is not just good for us, it's profitable.
